NPA SpecialtyNets

NPA SpecialtyNets support trading relationships between recruiters with similar industry clients, issues, and challenges.

SpecialtyNets are groups of NPA recruiters specializing in the same occupational fields. NPA introduced SpecialtyNets to support trading relationships between recruiters who share similar industry issues, challenges, and demands.

  • Increased productivity . SpecialtyNet recruiters interact with other experienced NPA partners to complete searches and placements faster and more profitably.
  • Competitive advantage .  SpecialtyNet members develop strong relationships with trading partners, creating a competitive advantage over recruiters working without the support of an industry network.
  • Professional interaction . Recruiters in SpecialtyNets support each other by sharing information, insight, and best practices via meetings, newsletters, and personal correspondence.

NPA presently has eight SpecialtyNets to support the needs of its global membership.

  • ComputerNet (11%) – Information systems and technology
