The Scenario: Company required hard-to-find executive
A large financial services firm in Connecticut, owned by an international bank, needed an Executive Vice President for their credit card division.
The Action: NPA partners connected
The Vice President of Staffing for the financial services firm contacted an NPA member in Cincinnati, OH, which had previously provided staffing assistance to them. The Ohio recruiting firm did not have direct credit card experience, but was able to partner with an NPA firm in Ontario that specializes in that industry to identify candidates for the position.
The Results: Search completed faster and more efficiently
The two recruiting firms met with the client to present an initial pool of qualified candidates and determine an interview process. Due to the speedy response, a second job order was also shared with the Ohio firm.
